HIKMICRO ALPEX PRO A50PL DIGITAL NIGHT VISION RIFLE SCOPE WITH LRF

The Hikmicro Alpex Pro A50PL is the rangefinder version of the Alpex Pro day and night digital rifle scope. It has the same 12 MP (4512×2512) CMOS sensor, 50 mm F1.8 lens and Light Pro algorithm as the A50P, and adds a laser rangefinder up to 1200 m linked to a ballistic calculator, which corrects the aiming point according to the measured distance. The controls are reminiscent of an optical scope and the 30 mm tube mounts in standard rings. It suits day hunting and night hunting; for total darkness, the manufacturer offers an infrared illuminator as an accessory. The manufacturer states daytime detection up to 1500 m.

Features

  • Laser rangefinder and ballistic calculator: 905 nm, class 1 laser, from 3 to 1200 m with ±1 m accuracy, with built-in ballistic calculation.
  • 12 MP CMOS sensor: 4512×2512 at 50 Hz; the manufacturer announces 120 Hz in 1080p via a firmware update.
  • 50 mm F1.8 lens: 7.2° × 4.0° field of view (12.6 m at 100 m) and focus from 3 m.
  • Light Pro algorithm: dedicated processing to improve the image in low light.
  • 4× to 24× magnification: continuous zoom in 0.1× steps.
  • 0.6-inch AMOLED display: 1920×1080, 8 mm exit pupil and 55 mm eye relief.
  • Precise zeroing: 5 profiles, freeze zeroing and a 0.66 cm at 100 m click value.
  • Recording: 1920×1080 video and photos on the 64 GB internal memory, with audio, recoil-activated recording and picture-in-picture (PIP).
  • Internal and external battery: two internal batteries and one replaceable external 18650, 7 hours of continuous use with the rangefinder on.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference from the A50P? The optics, sensor and display are the same; the A50PL adds the laser rangefinder up to 1200 m and the ballistic calculator. It weighs 889 g versus 852 g.

What is the ballistic calculator for? It uses the distance measured by the rangefinder to show the aiming point correction, according to the ammunition data you have set up.

Does it work at night without an illuminator? The 12 MP sensor, the F1.8 lens and the Light Pro algorithm give an image in low light. In total darkness, the manufacturer offers an infrared illuminator, sold separately.

Which rings do I need? Rings for a 30 mm tube, as on an optical scope.

How are the batteries charged? The USB-C cable charges the internal batteries; the external 18650 battery is charged in a dedicated charger.
